Your mission
Data Science is a strategic priority topic for Phoenix Games.
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team in Karlsruhe, Germany.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing algorithms and models based on statistical methods and machine learning
  • Investigate data to deeply understand business problems
  • Writing software as a prototype for research up to usage in productive environments

Working on real business challenges using data will be your focus.
Data science for us: reshaping the way we do business from the ground.
Your profile
  • Very good master degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, data science, or other subject with a significant mathematical/statistical focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in software development
  • Extensive experience in Data processing and visualization
  • Knowledge how to use machine learning or statistical methods to get insights from data
  • Willingness to learn and to share knowledge
  • Working autonomously and contributing to our team
Currently we focus on Python and SQL using the AWS cloud.

We are willing to consider exceptional juniors for this role. We are interested in your potential, not your current qualification.
